Identified Problem: Multiple cron jobs are failing with WhatsApp delivery errors:

"No delivery target resolved for channel 'whatsapp'. Set delivery.to."
Affected jobs: Good News fetch, AI Models fetch, Joke fetch, Robot News fetch, Git sync, OpenClaw releases fetch, YouTube summaries fetch
7/8 cron jobs are in error state with consecutive errors (7-30)
Root cause: Invalid delivery target configuration in cron jobs (`target: "channel:1476845314899181712"`) that the WhatsApp channel cannot resolve

Status:

Gateway is running (127.0.0.1:18789)
"Running RSS monitor" job (systemEvent) is working correctly
All agentTurn jobs with WhatsApp delivery are failing

Resolution:

Updated all 7 failing cron jobs to include `"to": "+33670089840"` in their delivery configuration
Used both direct file edit and `openclaw cron edit` to ensure in-memory config is synchronized
All jobs now have delivery: { mode: "announce", channel: "whatsapp", to: "+33670089840" }
Next scheduled runs should succeed; error states will reset

Follow-up: Monitor cron job execution to confirm deliveries succeed through WhatsApp gateway.
